What are the system requirements for Box Command?

For Business Administration – Any PC or Mac computer
For Coaches – Any Tablet (iPad on iOS 5.0 or later, and Android OS2.3.3 or later), or any PC or Mac computer
For Members: iPhone or iPad (iOS 5.0 or later), and Android Phone or Tablet (Android OS2.3.3 or later)
For Wall Mounted Leader Board Display – any wide format TV

How long does it take to get my box set up on Box Command?

Setup typically requires 1 hour or less.

What hardware is required to run Box Command?

Just a PC or a Mac – everything else is managed for you in the cloud. We highly recommend installing a large-screen TV or monitor in your box for displaying WODs and allowing members to enter and view scores.

What is the process for bringing all my existing members onto the system and how long with that take?

Once you have completed the sign-up process, we provide you with all the information and tools to make the importing process as smooth and easy as possible.

Does Box Command have social integration?

Yes, Box Command is integrated with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+. Box Command also supports member dialog on WODs, their scores, personal benchmarks, whatever.

Does the mobile app work with all smart phones?

Absolutely – it works with all smart phones.
